Our Story: It Started with a Game
We weren’t always packing other people’s products. In 1985, founders (and brothers-in-law) Steve Curtis and Martin Earl were working in the board game industry, creating classics like Dracula and Ally Cats.
When they diversified into novelty puzzles, they needed a way to package them. They developed their own blister packs, and the name “Blisters” was born. As our reputation for quality grew, other companies started asking: “Can you pack our products, too?”
Three decades later, that answer is still a resounding “Yes.”

We specialise in high-volume collation, using bespoke automation to assemble mixed-SKU packs and retail-ready bundles at industry-leading speeds.
Precision Shrink Sleeving
Using advanced Bottle Lock steam tunnels, we deliver flawless 360° branding without graphic distortion. Our lines process up to 5,000 units per hour.
Chilled & Temperature Controlled
Expert dairy and deli packing within a strictly monitored environment (+1°C to +7°C). We offer full batch traceability for cheese, yoghurt, and sensitive chilled goods.
Rework & Remedial Services
Rapid-response correction for Best Before Dates, labelling errors, or damaged stock. We recover your yield and ensure 100% retailer compliance.
